Our Manufacturing Journey
Engineering Review
We review drawings, materials, tolerances, quantities, and key requirements before production begins.
Tooling Preparation
Tooling and production methods are planned according to the part design, material, and required casting process.
Casting
Castings are produced through controlled molding, melting, pouring, cleaning, and related foundry operations.
Casting Inspection
Heat treatment, surface treatment, or other finishing processes are arranged when required by the material and application.

Heat treatment, surface treatment, or other finishing processes are arranged when required by the material and application.
Machining
CNC turning, milling, drilling, boring, tapping, and other machining operations are carried out according to the approved drawings.
Final Inspection
Finished components are inspected for dimensions, tolerances, surface condition, and other customer-specified requirements.
Packaging & Shipment
Approved parts are properly packed, labeled, documented, and prepared for shipment according to delivery requirements.
