For railway work, we can also run MPI or UT to catch anything internal, and supply material certificates and a dimensional report with each batch. The paperwork matters as much as the part in this industry, and we treat it that way.

A: Yes, that's a big part of what we do for rail customers. Send us the old box - even worn or cracked - and we'll measure the bearing bore, seal grooves, mounting pattern, and overall envelope. We'll cast and machine a replacement to match the original dimensions. If we spot a design weakness that likely caused the wear or cracking, we'll point it out and can strengthen that area without changing how it fits. We usually make one sample first so your team can inspect and test-fit it, then produce the rest. Small quantities are fine, and the documentation comes with it.
