Our engineers can help you settle on the vane angles, flow path, and material early in the process, which saves you from having to fix things later. Because we also do casting, machining, and balancing in-house, the design feedback is practical from the start, not just theoretical. We'll go through a prototype round with you, adjust whatever needs adjusting, and only move to production when you're confident it's right.

A: Yes, that's something we do regularly. Send us the old part, even if it's damaged or worn. We'll measure it, figure out the original vane angles and key dimensions, and check the material. If there are signs of uneven wear or cracking, we can also suggest small improvements, so the replacement lasts longer than the original. We'll make one sample first for you to test, and once you approve it, we'll produce the rest. It's a practical way to get replacement guide wheels when the original drawings are long gone or the OEM no longer supports the part.
